    The Red Cross of Southeastern Colorado will open two shelters this evening to house stranded travelers ahead of the incoming winter storm. The shelters are located at St .Peters Catholic Church, 55 Jefferson St., Monument, and at the Patriot Learning Center, 11990 Swing Line Rd., Falcon.   Both shelters will be open at 11:45 p.m.

    (KJRH) An arrest has been made after three intruders were killed Monday in a Broken Arrow, Oklahoma home invasion. Wagoner County deputies said at about 12:30 p.m., three masked intruders entered the home, which was occupied by a father his 23-year-old son.
