Home Health Care
As the parent of a special needs child, there are times when you feel overwhelmed and don’t know where to turn. Nursing and Therapy Services of Colorado  is a pediatric home healthcare agency that understands and can help you.

NTSOC is licensed as a skilled home health agency, providing long term pediatric care, including Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) services, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy. CNA services are provided under the supervision and guidance of a Registered Nurse. Our staff is very dedicated and passionate about caring for all types of special needs clients in their homes. We provide treatment using a well-rounded, family-centered approach to ensure our clients and their families have a positive experience with the best possible support and outcomes. We are compassionate, knowledgeable and supportive, while taking pride in delivering excellent care. Call to have our experienced pediatric nursing staff come to your home to perform a personalized assessment for your child.

Outpatient Clinic
The NTSOC therapy clinic is a full-service outpatient therapy clinic. Our mission is to provide high-quality service to all members of the community, including both adults and pediatric clients, in order to help each individual patient reach their optimal level of function.

Our services include physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy for all ages for all conditions.

We pay very close attention to the individual needs of the client and provide a sensory sensitive environment when needed. Common diagnoses that we work with include orthopedic rehab (shoulder pain, neck pain, back pain), sports medicine injuries (knee injuries, ankle sprains, any sports related over-use injuries), post-surgical rehab (total knee, total hip, total shoulder, LE amputation), worker’s compensation injuries (over-use injuries, trauma, Carpal Tunnel), and a variety of pediatric diagnoses including Cerebral Palsy, Down’s Syndrome, Developmental Delays, Autism Spectrum Disorders and pediatric orthopedic conditions.

Our therapists have a variety of specialties including orthopedics, sports medicine, pediatrics, chronic pain management, and spinal rehabilitation.

Case Management
At NTSOC, we understand how stressful it is to navigate the Medicaid benefit system to ensure your child gets the services and supplies that they need to reach their potential. We are contracted with the State of Colorado to provide Case Management Services for the Children’s Home and Community Based Services (C-HCBS) Medicaid Waiver Program and the Children with Autism Wavier (CWA).

Children’s Home and Community Based Services is a Colorado State Medicaid Waiver program that is for children 0-18 with special needs that require long term care and/or medical interventions, but who do not qualify for Social Security income, based on their parent’s income being too high.

The CWA Waiver Program is a Colorado State program for children 0-6 with the diagnosis of Autism that require assistance with activities of daily living and/or medical interventions.

Our Case Managers assist families by providing information, emotional support and advice to successfully navigate the Medicaid system, ensuring the needs of the child and family are met.

Referrals -There are several other types of Waiver programs that your child might qualify for, and if C-HCBS or CWA is not the program best suited for your family, our case manager will provide a referral to the appropriate agency and ensure the best assistance and coverage is received by your family.

Need Help? If you are new to the world of special needs or if you feel you have become hopelessly lost trying to navigate on your own, please call us. Whether you become a client with us or not, we can assist you to get the information and services you need for your child.
