Welcome to UCCS HealthCircle

Welcome to healthcare that’s more than medicine, hospitals and doctor’s visits. By integrating primary care, nutrition, behavioral health and physical activity, UCCS HealthCircle provides a unified approach to health that cares for the whole person and the entire community. And unlike traditional healthcare, our health and wellness plans are tailored to meet your specific needs so you’re not just a patient; you’re an active partner in creating the life you want.

Primary Care Clinic:
The Primary Care Clinic works with adults to provide affordable, effective primary care. Experienced, educated advanced practice nurses take care of your immediate and long-term health needs.

•    Acute primary care. We help with infections, rashes, headaches, sprains, strains and other common maladies.

•    Chronic illness management. We help you manage diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol levels, asthma and other long-term health issues.

•    Minor procedures. If you need a cut stitched, a wart removed, or other simple procedure, we can take care of you.

•    Preventive care. We can help you stay healthy through annual physicals, well woman exams, and sports physicals.

•    Mental Health Care. We integrate mental health care into our primary care services. We can help with assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for a variety of mental health issues.
